The Nihon Ki-in Summer Go Camp 2018 in Tokyo (19 Feb. 2018)
We are pleased to inform you that "the Nihon Ki-in Summer Go Camp 2018" will be held from 21 August till 1 September 2018 in Tokyo!
The fee for participation will be the lowest ever, only from JPY12,000!!!

The Nihon Ki-in Summer Go Camp 2018 is an intensive training program for non-Japanese go players (suitable from double digit kyu to 5 dan) who want to raise your level and skill of go and to experience the culture of Go at the Nihon Ki-in!

16 Mar. World Go Championship 2018 in Tokyo!
We are pleased to inform you that the World Go Championship 2018 will be held in Tokyo (at the Nihon Ki-in), Japan from 17 to 19 March 2018.
This Championship will be held to decide a best player in the world. (The winner will get 20 million Japanese Yen)
The world class go players representing each country of Japan, China, Korea and Chinese Taipei will compete at this international go tournament.
Participating players are the following 6 players:
Park Jeong-Hwan 9p as the defending champion in 2017, Iyama Yuta 9p (ranking number one in Japan), Ke Jie 9p (ranking number one in China), Shin Jinseo 8p (ranking number two in Korea), Wang Yuanjun 8p (ranking number one in Chinese Taipei) and Yamashita Keigo 9p (ranking number four in Japan)
